KNITTING FACTORY
Our knitting factory is equipped with 50 German-manufactured circular knitting machines ensuring precision and efficiency in every production cycle. Our knitting factory capable of producing an impressive 400K kilograms monthly, meeting high-volume demands with consistency. El Helal also manufactures a diverse range of fabrics, including single jersey, rib, French terry, thermal, fleece, pique, close mesh, and single spandex.
DYE HOUSE
The dye house is equipped with 20 high-temperature dyeing machines, which can process fabric in quantities ranging from 20 kg to 1800 kg per day. We specialize in single-dye, double-dye, and polyester dyeing. El Helal also features a fully automated laboratory and offers a range of finishing services, including brushing, peach effect, and carbon finish.
SEWING FACTORY
We produce up to 1 million pieces per month with the support of 700 sewing machines. This efficient setup allows us to handle high-volume orders while maintaining excellent quality and fast delivery times

Rotary & Screen Printing
Our newly installed rotary printing machine is capable of printing up to 9 colors, offering great quality and precision in every design. With a daily production capacity of up to 25,000 meters of fabric, this advanced equipment allows us to efficiently meet high-demand orders while maintaining the highest standards of color accuracy and consistency. This addition significantly enhances our printing capabilities, ensuring we can cater to a wide variety of design needs and deliver large volumes of printed fabric within tight timelines. Our screen-printing machines can print up to 18 colors, with a daily production capacity of 40,000 pieces
